Is HabitFlow free to download?
Yes, HabitFlow is free to download on iOS and Android. The free tier includes up to 5 habits with daily check-ins and a 7-day history. Premium unlocks unlimited habits, full insights, and smart reminders.
Which platforms are supported?
HabitFlow runs on iOS 16+ and Android 10+. A web companion is on the roadmap for Q2 2026 — your habits will sync automatically across all your devices.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. You can check off habits and view your streaks offline. Changes sync automatically the moment you reconnect to the internet.
How is my data stored?
All habit data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell, share, or use your data for advertising. You can export everything to JSON or CSV at any time from Settings.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the App Store or Google Play and you keep Premium features until the end of your billing period. No questions asked, no retention dark patterns.
Do you offer a family plan?
Yes, the Family plan supports up to six members with shared accountability groups, a family leaderboard, and shared habit templates for $8.99/month.
Is there a student discount?
Yes, students with a verified .edu email get 50% off Premium for as long as they're enrolled. Just sign up with your school email to activate it automatically.
How often do you ship updates?
Every two weeks on average. We publish release notes in the app and on our blog. Bug fixes ship as soon as they're ready, usually within 48 hours of a report.
Can I import data from another habit app?
Yes. HabitFlow supports importing from Streaks, Habitica, Way of Life, and any app that exports CSV. The import wizard lives in Settings > Data.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Shake your phone to open the in-app feedback form, or email support@habitflow.app. We read every message and feature requests are tracked publicly on our roadmap.
